I am a filmmaker, visual artist, and interdisciplinary researcher. I am particularly interested in how cultural and social narratives shape people’s perceptions of experiences, human behaviours, and our senses of wellbeing across different contexts.
My main creative practice centres on using ethnographic filmmaking to understand lived experiences, and my work also explores the wellbeing potential of such narrative-based visual arts practices.
I hold an MASc in Creative Health from UCL, an MA in Arts and Cultural Management from King’s College London, and a BA in Film Studies from University of Warwick.
