I am an interdisciplinary researcher exploring the intersections of cultural narratives, media psychology, and health behaviours. I hold a BA in Film Studies from University of Warwick, an MA in Arts and Cultural Management from King’s College London, and a MASc in Creative Health from UCL.

I am interested in how creative activities help to develop psychological resilience, and am keen to explore how cultural and social narratives influence our mindsets, health-related decision-making, and senses of wellbeing.
