I am a filmmaker, visual artist, and interdisciplinary researcher whose work explores participatory visual methods, wellbeing, and human-environment interactions.
My practice centres on using creative and collaborative visual arts-based approaches to understand lived experience, particularly the temporal, embodied, and emotional dimensions of everyday life. I am interested in how cultural and social narratives shape people’s experiences, behaviours, and senses of wellbeing across different contexts.
I hold an MASc in Creative Health from UCL, an MA in Arts and Cultural Management from King’s College London, and a BA in Film Studies from University of Warwick.
