I am a filmmaker/visual artist and an interdisciplinary researcher exploring the intersections of cultural narratives, media psychology, and health behaviours. I hold a BA in Film Studies from University of Warwick, an MA in Arts and Cultural Management from King’s College London, and an MASc in Creative Health from UCL.

I am interested in the psychological and wellbeing benefits of participatory arts and creative activities, and how cultural and social narratives influence our mindsets, health-related decision-making, and senses of wellbeing.
